Welcome to CINEMA SUMMER 2023, Junktown Cinema Club’s FREE (nomadic) summer film screening series! From May 20th to July 1st, 2023, join us every Saturday (excluding Memorial Day weekend) in locations across the Grand Valley to experience a diverse program of classic, independent, international, and local films. We hope this film series is eye-opening, thought-provoking, and also a way to highlight our region's vibrant artistic spaces and institutions! Slope Conservation Center's biggest annual fundraiser. We will present the bands ISO, The Bell Creek Band, and Music The Band with the Feature Creatures. The ska/punk sensation the Warsaw Poland Brothers will be headlining. Food trucks, beer, wine and cider, educational tables and interactive talks, a kids corner, and on Sunday the 4th a ticketed FLOAT down the North Fork of the Gunnison River from Paonia River Park to the fairgrounds in Hotchkiss. Sponsored by Western Slope SUP and The Yarrow Taproom.
