practice of self-love with the people you love! Join us for this intergenerational 60-minute hatha yoga practice. We will begin with a grounding exercise, then move through a series of asanas (yoga postures) to increase our strength and flexibility, and then we will close with a short guided meditation. Located at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Grand Valley. $5 per person. Remember to wear loose and comfortable clothing.
