Vida started working here as an intern during her final semester at Colorado Mesa University, where she studied History and double minored in archaeology and public history. Despite living in Grand Junction and curating stories about Western Colorado, Vida loves Scuba diving and traveling. She completed an internship in the Caribbean to learn about and gain experience in both terrestrial and maritime archaeology. In this presentation, Vida will go over what she has learned about in my many travels in the Caribbean and the Red Sea, her training as a maritime archaeologist, and what is currently making waves in this field.
