Crafting a Heartfel Apology with Annette Ferriole

If apology-making is on your mind but more...0 you're not sure where to start, join us as we learn how to script an effective apology. In this workshop we'll explore fears and benefits of apologizing; apology language/phrases most people want to hear; what constitutes a good apology; and how apology scripts can enhance your peacemaking efforts. Participants will craft an apology script incorporating two powerful words "I'm sorry" as a first step towards mending relationships.

This September 25th, join the Colorado Canyons Association and CMU Prof. Dr. John Seebach to explore one of America's oldest archeological sites, more...0 the Eagle Rock Shelter. This unique day-long float trip down the Gunnison River through Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area, together with some hiking and light paddling, will give a sense of the landscape and how it was shaped by its inhabitants. Explorers aged 15 and up are encouraged to sign up! Cost: $200 for CCA members; $225 for non-members - Cost includes: Expert guides, including Dr. Seebach, Professor of Archaeology from CMU Locally-sourced, whole foods and beverages for delicious, lunch.
