you're not sure where to start, join us as we learn how to script an effective apology. In this workshop we'll explore fears and benefits of apologizing; apology language/phrases most people want to hear; what constitutes a good apology; and how apology scripts can enhance your peacemaking efforts. Participants will craft an apology script incorporating two powerful words "I'm sorry" as a first step towards mending relationships.
