CRC Kickstart 5K Fun Run & 1K Kids' Dash

Details: Kick off the New Year with a 5K Fun Run and a 1K Kids' Dash to benefit the campaign for a GJ Community Recreation Center! Lace up your sneakers, grab your friends and family, and hit the trails at Matchett Park for a good cause. This family friendly event kicks off with registration at 9:00am on Saturday, January 7 at Matchett Park, the proposed site for the community recreation center. The race course follows the perimeter of this 205 acre park, so you can see the proposed site for the community recreation center. Is running not in your repertoire? No problem! This event is truly for all ages! Whether you walk, run, jog or skip -- we'll all be winners when we have a community recreation center! Treat yourself to a morning of community and fun! Free stylish t-shirts for first 250 adult registrations, with additional prizes provided by Loki! Registration is available now through January 7, with same day registration for $30.00.
