A New Day
Recently, as part of our ongoing pursuit of a stronger presence in our community, The FCC has approved an increase of our signal from 16 to 300 watts.
This is great news and presents the station with a terrifi c opportunity to lay the groundwork for the next decade of service to the Valley. A stronger signal will make a big di fference in our ability to provide unique, community focused programming to a larger audience.
- Three hundred watts will reach new and larger audiences with hundreds of hours of local programming, public aff airs and public service announcements.
- Three hundred watts will strengthen the community’s relationship with local business underwriters, local non-profi ts, listeners, members and volunteers.
- Three hundred watts will make KAFM an even stronger presence for good in the community we serve.
