Phone Volunteers
Time commitment: A minimum of a 3 hour shift commitment during the Membership Drives in the Spring and Fall
Description: Must be comfortable talking to people on the phone, hear and be able to talk and write neatly at the same time. Sign- up for these shifts can be done at the Volunteer Fund Drive meeting and/or at the station in the weeks leading up to the drive. Onsite training provided.
Pit Boss
Time Commitment: Training and a 3-9 hour shift during the Membership Drives in the Spring and Fall. Shift hours are flexible.
Description: Welcomes and trains phone volunteers. Troubleshoots by acting as liaison with On-air programming team and premium baggers. Attention to detail is a must in dealing with pledge forms, special premium give-a-ways and any pledge payments received.
Data Entry
Time Commitment: As needed
Description: Will be updating and entering new membership data and pledge information into Microsoft Access database. Organize and file hardcopy, pledge forms. Must have excellent attention to detail and be willing to ask questions. Specific training is required.
Premium Baggers
Time Commitment: A minimum of a 3 hour shift commitment during our Membership Drives
Description: Will bag-up premiums to be given out to members. Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions are a must. Onsite training provided.
Food Delivery
Time Commitment: Approximately 1 hour per pick-up
Description: Pick up donated food from local restaurants and deliver them to our studios at 1310 Ute Avenue
