Membership is the single best way to do this. KAFM has membership levels to fit any budget.
Volunteer
KAFM could not exist without the hundreds of volunteers who give tirelessly of their energy and talents. Volunteers are the engine that drives the station...
On-air and off, hundreds of volunteers from all walks of life make up a citizen army: Young and old, rich and poor, men and women, folks from every part of town and from all races are part of this phenomenon.
Each one comes to KAFM for a variety of reasons. All are united in the love for the station and community they serve and the inclusive environment they find here. We work hard to keep that inclusiveness and to maintain an environment that strives to welcome all and reflect the diversity of our community.
In 2006 we conducted an extensive survey among our volunteers. We are honored not only by the number who participated, but by the overwhelming feedback that we are doing most things well when it comes to honoring and rewarding our volunteers. Room to improve? Always, and we will continue to strive every day to be better, because KAFM could not exist without our wonderful volunteers. Thanks to everyone who makes a difference at KAFM 24/7/365!

Raffle
Our annual raffle provides KAFM with much needed support and highlights local businesses who donate prizes. Since we sell no more than 1250 tickets your chances of winning are great. Tickets are only $25 and are available from any KAFM volunteer or by calling 970/241-8801.
