The Commons

The Colorado Environmental Coalition hosts a monthly show, "The Commons" on KAFM on the second Wednesday of every month at noon.  Joe Neuhof, CEC's West Slope Field Director, and Harold Shepard with the Center for Water Advocacy are the hosts.  The show features a commentary on public land and water issues which effect communities in Western Colorado.

They interview a diversity of experts on natural resource issues every show. Please join us the second Wednesday of every month at noon on 88.1 KAFM.

Welcome to NOTES, a cultural history of popular music… which is our fancy-pants way of declaring our intention to talk about music — any and every sort of music — and do so in an entertaining way that tells a bit about our world’s history as well.

NOTES is produced by Craven Lovelace and was born in 2004 on Grand Junction, Colorado’s only local community radio station, KAFM, where it continues to be heard three times daily.
