I have loved acoustic music most of my life.  It was my pleasure to host Mountain Bound at KAFM for over 5 years, and now On the Banks. 

I focus on Americana music, mellow acoustics, amazing vocals, great instruments.  I play lots of singer/songwriter music.  I include some bluegrass, “light” rock and blues.  Mostly brand new music with a few good older songs thrown in.

I attended the Telluride Bluegrass Festival for 12 years straight, 1982-1994, and grew to love bluegrass and acoustic genius. 

Mark O'Connor is my favorite overall artist and Patty Griffin is my favorite female artist.  Jimmy LaFave is my favorite male artist. Close seconds are Lucinda Williams, Dixie Chicks, Tim O'Brien, and Kasey Chambers... the kind of artists that write, sing and play so well... the kind of artists whose CDs you buy as soon as they come out.

My favorite people in the world are my two daughters Jessica and Cully, ages 23 and 21 respectively. They give me the most beautiful feeling of love, connection and joy and are a true gift to me.
