The show is a mix of New music, Americana, Rock, Folk basically my goal is to have the listener experience what listening to music in my living room would be like with the added benefit of KAFM’s new music library.

I am a musician whose love for music came from listening to my dad’s jazz and folk records, developed when the Beatles swept me up and continued to expand with the San Francisco music scene.

I love improvisational material, a good story in a song, or something that is just plain fun (or funny, as it may be).

Some of my favorite acts include the Grateful Dead, Mark Knopfler, Chris Isaak, Ry Cooder and Miles Davis to name a few.

Some favorite albumes include: The Grateful Dead's LIVE DEAD (great title!); Ry Cooder's CHICKEN SKIN MUSIC, the first Crosby, Stills & Nash album; Dire Straits' TELEGRAPH ROAD; the Talking Heads' NAKED; and Tom Russell's BLOOD AND CANDLE SMOKE.
