Our goal is to talk and meet with folks from literally every area of our community in order to better understand the concerns, issues, and dreams of all the communities of the Valley and the various aspects of health and what it means to create a healthy community in which we all can thrive.
It is our hope and belief that in doing this outreach, we will help guide and lead KAFM to even greater service to to the Grand Valley in the coming years.
