 I take joy in creating a musical journey that will inspire and connect you to your own delicious dharma.  As a healer, I thread a vibe of deep medicine into my show.  I also bring a health show once a month to KAFM called Medicinal Roots, which is a show of healing potentials and possibilities, blending the best of current science and tradition in holistic, complementary and alternative medicine. 

I really like the Black Keys, Boards of Canada, Rara Avis, Zero Seven, the Chemical Brothers, Cheb i Sabbah, Adham Shaikh, Amadou and Miriam, Beck, Banco de Gaia, and especially DJ Loren Bassnectar.  I usually listen to our other programmers, or Groove Salad on somafm.com for inspiration.
