1. The meeting was called to order by Jen at 5:30.
2. At the Board’s request, the Executive Director provided his perspective. Board members individually presented their input.
3. Craig Roberts submitted his written resignation from the Board, which the Board accepted. Steve Thompson announced his resignation from the Board. The Board accepted this verbal resignation in lieu of written notification.
4. Gretchen Reist-Henderson was elected President, Claudia Ragar was elected Vice-President. Both elections were unanimous.
5. The next Board meeting will be Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 5:30 PM.
6. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
