1. The meeting was called to order at 6:12PM by sitting Vice President Claudia Ragar.
2. The Board elected officers for the coming year: a. Claudia Ragar was elected President. b. Barry Barak was elected Vice President. c. Bruce Bonar was elected Secretary.
3. a. The Board Member Roster was updated. b. Board Member Agreements will be signed at the Board retreat in May.
4. Details of the retreat were discussed. The retreat will be held Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Jen’s cabin, from 9AM to 3PM. Dogs are NOT invited. Please carpool if possible. A special BOD meeting will be held Thursday, May 12, to discuss plans and agenda for the retreat, and to arrange carpools.
5. The meeting adjourned at 6:30PM.
