Annual Membership Meeting, April 28, 2011

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:39PM.
2. Board President Gretchen Reist Henderson presented proof of broadcast (on-air read card) and published notice (Daily Sentinel website and newspaper, KAFM website).
3. a. Gretchen presented the Board Officers’ report. b. Jen Taylor presented the Executive Monitoring Committee report. c. Gretchen presented the Healthy Community update.
4. Board candidate presentation. a. Michael P made his presentation to the membership. b. Jason Smith was not present due to a previously announced schedule conflict.
5. The membership elected Michael Piontkowski and Jason Smith to the two member-elected Board seats.
6. There was no “old business”.
7. There was no “new business”.
8. The floor was opened for community comments. The community had no comments.
9. The Annual Membership Meeting was adjourned at 6:10 PM.
