1. The meeting was called to order at 5:35 PM.
2. Minutes for the 2/11/10 and 3/10/10 meeting were approved.
3. The hard copy for an e-mail vote was signed by the Board.
4. Candidates for the Board of Directors (Marc Foster, Tina Harbin and Cliff Sprinkle) gave their presentations.
5. The Board met in executive session and chose Marc Foster for the Board-selected seat.
6. There was no other business.
7. The regular Board meeting adjourned at 6:06 PM.
