Everyone is welcome to join us for this dress rehearsal performance in preparation for the annual regional Sweet Adelines competition. The chorus will be performing the two “competition songs” that will be sung on stage at the actual competition. Plus a variety of songs from Blues to Rock N Roll and even a Gospel song all in the classic a capella barbershop harmony.
Twenty three members of the Sweet Adelines International Grand Mesa Chorus will travel to Colorado Springs April 4 and compete on stage Saturday, April 6. Eleven Choruses will be competing in categories of small, medium and large choruses. Grand Mesa Chorus is in the small chorus category. Seventeen quartets will also compete including our very own “Cover Charge” quartet.
If you are a woman and miss music in your life, Grand Mesa Chorus might just be for you. Here is the perfect opportunity to check out the fun of being a part of this wonderful group of women.
