The Strolling Scones invite you to come see and hear a true Woodstock legend in concert, Joe Cocker. Joe is still touring worldwide with his outstanding 9 piece band and is as vital as ever. With a brand new album coming out and having recently recorded an amazing new version of Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing" with Carlos Santana we know he will be putting on a smokin' performance!
The Strolling Scones are honored to be opening the show for Joe and his band on Tuesday July 6 at the Delta County Fairgrounds in Hotchkiss CO. Also on the bill is the Otis Taylor Band. All of the proceeds from the concert go to benefit the Cocker Kids Foundation . It should be quite an evening in a lovely setting.
Tickets for the show are now on sale at select City Markets (Hotchkiss Delta Montrose Carbondale El Jebel and Gunnison) and on line at www.TicketsWest.com. The general admission tickets are for general seating so come early. The stadium has good viewing from any seat and the sound will be excellent.
