Gateway Canyons BBQ Blues

Gateway Canyons will send off summer in style on September 4 2010 by bringing together an eclectic mix of blues bands at the resort's beautiful Mission Bell Amphitheater.  The second annual BBQ Blues will showcase a number of well-known blues bands for a day of memorable music and serve delicious grilled fare. The musical lineup includes Big Daddy Lee and the Kingbees Once Removed Blues Band Kirk James Band Steve Crenshaw & the Blues Shop and the Williams Brothers Band. Shows begin at 11:00 AM at the outdoor stage of the Mission Bell Amphitheater; tickets are $25 and go on sale in August. The event is also a fundraiser for a good cause; proceeds help promote awareness of the Wounded Warrior Project a program that honors and empowers severely injured service members.
