Ralph Dinosaur is driven to exploit the audience's need for love. "It's a lonely world; love is one-in-a-million, so you gotta stay sharp. With odds that long you can't afford to miss it." Ralph is part zany rocker and part armchair philosopher. He's a medieval minstrel and, at the same time, a kind of drugstore cowgirl. "What does one do after the Section 8?"

Ralph plays hard rockin' and soft ballads, happy songs and sad blues. Everyone wants music they can dance to. Ralph loves getting people together. Throwing his hands into the air he cries, "Here... all friends, all family... all together... let's party!"

Ralph Dinosaur is top-notch music and entertainment. Established in 1981, Ralph Dinosaur and the Fabulous Volcanos, Alan King and Mike Stein, continue to rock and play parties. Ralph Dinosaur is a true Renaissance man. Musician, gifted entertainer and armchair philosopher, Ralph always brings the party and good times. Ralph continues to surprise even his most faithful fans with his constantly evolving show. If you think you know Ralph... stand by to be amazed!

Alan King is the king of the roadhouse, filling the dancehalls with that hard driving, spine tickling guitar sound. His music is a throwback to the raw garage days and the British Invasion. Co-founder of Ralph Dinosaur and the Fabulous Volcanos, Alan is part maestro, part MacGyver, keeping the myriad of wheels moving in this traveling band. His sound is solid and tight, and he comes alive late at night, rocking the West. Drummer/Vocalist Mike Stein joined the band in 1986 after road tours in Canada and Minneapolis, including a stint as a recording artist for Prince.
